The M1 smart ring enables assessment by activity via the accompanying application. It also has a built-in pedometer.

The accuracy of measurements of the M1 smart ring can be very questionable. The experiences of users who have tried Chinese smart rings are inconsistent. Some are satisfied, others extremely disappointed, and the majority agree that the measurements are not at the level of the best. The M1 smart ring can be used while swimming, as it is water resistant up to 5 ATM. The battery of the smart ring lasts for 5 days and weighs 3.5 g.
