In the previous article, we pointed out what Amazon Prime membership is, whether it is worth it for Slovenians, and what the monthly subscription to this exclusive Amazon club offers. Since Amazon Slovenia or Amazon Prime Slovenia do not exist, Slovenians mostly shop via the German Amazon.de or the Italian Amazon.it.

The German Amazon.de has the possibility of translation into English. You can still filter by categories, such as electronics, furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. to make your search easier. You will also notice a special category "Super Discounts", where products with the biggest discount are usually hidden. The products are updated daily, so it pays to take a look daily if the product you are looking for is available.

You may have doubts about buying used products, which is completely understandable, but in this case you do not need to worry. All Amazon Warehouse products have a valid warranty. If you are not satisfied, you can return them to Amazon within 30 days.

Amazon Business – a paradise for Slovenian entrepreneurs

Until now, we have more or less focused on consumers, but Amazon is also targeting entrepreneurs. They created a special Amazon Business program where Slovenian entrepreneurs can make their purchases. If you are an entrepreneur, why would you even want to shop on Amazon.de?

Amazon Business offers volume discounts on certain products, various payment methods (SEPA, cash on delivery, PayPal, credit card) and group purchases. You can add your employees to the business profile of the company, who will be able to benefit from all the benefits on behalf of the company and perhaps save the company a few euros at the end of the month. All purchases will be under your control, as you will have to confirm them beforehand. These are quite a few reasons why it might be worth checking out what the American retailer has to offer. But there is one more.

Slovenian companies that are liable for VAT can, within the framework of the Amazon Business program, make a purchase without calculating VAT.

Create an Amazon business account (add more colleagues if necessary) and equip your offices with the latest computers, printers, servers, ergonomic chairs and other equipment at business discounts. VAT will also be deducted automatically. The discount applies to companies and also SPs.
