The most powerful Intel processor is finally here! What about the price?
At the end of last year, Intel announced the 14th generation Raptor Lake Refresh processor family. The Core i9-14900K, Core i7-14700K and Core i5-14600K versions are currently in the foreground. Recently, the most powerful Core i9-14900K is available for around 650 euros. This is clocked up to 6 GHz, with the which according to Intel was €œthe fastest desktop processor in mass production€.
But recently the company Intel offered for sale an even more powerful processor. This is indeedÄ offered for sale the powerful Core i9-14900KS model. The novelty calculates data at an enviable frequency of up to 6.2 gigahertz. This means that it is 200 MHz faster than the Core i9-14900K model. The consumption of electrical energy is also suitable for this. At full load, the new Core i9-14900KS is expected to achieve Ä spent as much as 150 watts of electricity.
The Intel Core i9-14900KS processor is expected to be much more fan-friendly, which is why even the most demanding users will have no problems with it. But this one won't be cheap. The Intel Core i9-14900KS processor is indeed available on the Canadian market for an estimated 680 euros. This means that it is about 12 percent more expensive compared to the Core i9-14900K model.
On the European market, the novelty will most likely be around 140 euros more expensive compared to the Core i9-14900K model. At the moment, it is not yet known when the novelty will be available over the counter. In all probability, this will happen even before the beginning of April.
