Have you heard of the RedMagic brand? If you are not part of the fan base, it would be very difficult to come across their products by chance. It is a gaming branch of the company Nubia, which manufactures very good gaming phones, which are rarely available in Slovenia. This time they went outside their comfort zone. They didn't present a new phone, but two gaming monitors.

The RedMagic Realm is a 49-inch curved screen (1800R) with a response time of 0.03 ms. The panel is from Samsung, namely QD-OLED. The maximum resolution is DQHD or 5120 x 1440 pixels with a high refresh rate of 240 Hz. As befits a monitor of this type, it supports the image functions of both major graphics card manufacturers: AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync Adaptive-Sync. The brightness is rated at a very good 1000 nits, and it also covers 99 % of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Other features include two 5-watt speakers and a headphone output. The #141 connectors include two HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 and USB Type-C with DisplayPort Alt-Mode and 90-W charging for supported devices. It is not known whether the monitor will also arrive across our border, and the price in China is around 1300 dollars.

The second monitor is a RedMagic 5088 Partition with a 27-inch diagonal, 4K resolution, Mini-LED panel with 5088 dimming zones. The panel is manufactured by the company AUO, the maximum brightness is an impressive 1400 nits. There is also a 160-Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors and VESA HDR1400 certification. The price is approximately 800 dollars.
