Steam chambers for future AMD Ryzen processors?

Therefore, it is not surprising that AMD is also thinking about steam chambers, namely for their Ryzen processors. The prototype processor equipped with an innovative cooling method is the Ryzen 9 5950X3D. Although the new cooling system only helped the processor run one degree cooler on average, according to many experts, it has a bright future. This one will indeed enabled the installation of new functions without an additional increase in the operating temperature.

At the moment, it is not yet known whether AMD will equip processors with vapor chambers in the future. Everything will be right. depending on the sales potential of the novelty. The use of a steam chamber namreč it makes the production process of processors more expensive, as it uses copper, which is not exactly cheap.
