Apple MacBook Pro M3 laptops are now much cheaper

But unfortunately only in America. Apple recently added the latest Apple MacBook Pro computers with the M3 chip to its Refurbished program. At first only basic models, but now also versions with Pro and Max chips. The computers have a one-year warranty and AppleCare+ insurance applies at the time of purchase. There is no similar program in Europe, but you will still find refurbished MacBooks on the market, but not directly from the manufacturer. 

The discount on refurbished MacBooks is around 200-300 US dollars, which is quite a big discount. Built on a 3-nanometer architecture, M3 chips have proven to be great for productivity as well as gaming. They are also efficient, the apple of dispute is the only fairly limited system memory, of which "only" 8 GB is available in the initial configuration (for around €2000). 

The refurbished device program is part of Apple's efforts to reduce electronic waste. Electronic waste has become a serious environmental problem, as it contains many toxic substances that can pollute the environment in case of improper treatment. Using refurbished laptops reduces the need to produce new laptops, which means less accumulation of e-waste. In this way, we contribute to the preservation of natural resources.
