Recent research suggests that the latest major advances in the development of artificial intelligence could lead to the automation of a quarter of all work done by humans. In addition, generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, which you probably already know about, is said to be there is no point in wasting words, increased productivity and consequently raised the global gross domestic product by seven percent over a ten-year period. The greatest risk of becoming "excessive" is for lawyers and administrative workers, and apparently also company directors.

Polish beverage companyč Dictador was the first in the world to "employ" artificial intelligence for the position of director. An artificial intelligence named Mika works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He has been doing his job successfully since last August.

Artificial intelligence Mika helps Dictador find new customers. In addition, it is very helpful when choosing designers for beverage packaging design and in the organization of various events. When making decisions, it relies on the company's data and strategic directions. Artificial intelligence decisions are expected to be unbiased and rational, since the robot does not use emotions when making decisions.

The Mika robot, manufactured by the Chinese company Hanson Robotics, naturally has certain limitations. Final decisions are still made by the people. In addition, he cannot fire people and carry out radical reorganizations of the company without the approval of other directors of the company. It is difficult to predict whether this will change in the near future, but there is no doubt that artificial intelligence plays an increasingly key role in business operations as well.
