The company AMD already announced the sale of the new family of long-awaited Ryzen 7000 processors some time ago. These are processors that were intended for personal computers. As befits the latest generation, they have raised the performance level compared to the previous one – even up to 30 percent or more.

Recently, however, the company AMD presented processors of the Ryzen 7000 family for portable computers. These were presented during the recent technology conference CES 2023. It is the Ryzen 7040 (Phoenix) family of processors. Of course, these are also suitable for compact desktop personal computers.

Therefore, it is not surprising that based on processors of the Ryzen 7040 family, Geekom has prepared the first compact desktop computer. It is available in two versions, namely with Ryzen 9 7940H and Ryzen 7 7840H processors. Both data are processed by eight processor cores and 16 virtual cores. The AMD Radeon 780M RDNA 3 graphics card is part of the processing of graphic content.

Naturally, the new Geekom miniature computer also offers support for DDR5-5600 and LPDDR5x-7500 system memories, up to a total of 256 gigabytes. The #141 has a metal case. The novelty will arrive on store shelves in December, but unfortunately the retail price of the novelty has not yet been revealed.
