This functionality has been available to Apple Watch users for a while now, but it's now also available to Android users, meaning those opting for the much-anticipated Pixel Watch 2, for example, will have better control. your diet and exercise.

One of the handy features included in the Wear OS system is the ability to easily add the most frequently recorded meals. So you can add regular breakfasts with just a few touches. In addition, it is possible to track your three main nutrients (sugar, carbohydrates, fat, etc.), record the amount of water you drink each day, and quickly add the calorie intake for each meal to you see the daily total.

In addition, MyFitnessPal has some paid features in the monthly subscription, including the ability to quickly enter the macronutrients of a specific meal.
