The Galaxy A55 is finally here

Samsung Galaxy A family smartphones are excellent especially for those who are not ready to shell out their entire fortune for a phone, but still swear by devices from a reputable manufacturer. Samsung recently prepared a new model for them – the Galaxy A55 5G. It will officially go on sale from March 11, and even the most demanding will have no problem collecting it.

The main advantage of the Galaxy A55 5G smartphone is its excellent main camera. This is a camera equipped with an image sensor with a resolution of 50 million pixels. In addition, the price will also be interesting. The entry-level version of the novelty is equipped with six gigabytes of system memory, and 128 gigabytes will be the #141; valued at 449 euros. The more powerful model with eight gigabytes of system memory and 256 gigabytes will be slightly more expensive, but still affordable.

The new Samsung Galaxy A55 5G will therefore represent excellent competition to the Nothing Phone (2a) and Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G smartphones. It is equipped with nameč also with a high-quality Super AMOLED screen with a 6.6-inch or 16.8-centimeter diagonal, Full HD+ resolution (2,340 x 1,080 pixels) and a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a Samsung Exynos 1480 mobile processor. It will process the data with eight cores. The built-in Samsung Xclipse 530 graphics core will be available to calculate the most demanding graphics content.

A USB-C interface is expected to be available for charging the built-in battery with a capacity of 5,000 milliampere hours with a power of 25 W. By default, the built-in memory of the Galaxy A55 5G smartphone comes with the Android 14 mobile operating system with the One UI graphical interface. Security patches will be available for as long as five years. Even waterproofing will be guaranteed here, as the novelty boasts an IP67 certificate. Therefore, we will be able to use it even when we are wandering in nature.
