Only about 3.36 percent of Internet users currently swear by the open source web browser Firefox, which certainly cannot be something to be proud of. The Mozilla Firefox web browser could be given an additional boost by the new version 122. This is still available for download for all leading operating systems, namely Windows, macOS and Linux, as well as for Android and iOS mobile operating systems.

The new Mozilla Firefox 100 web browser as the firstč brings "passkeys" support by default. These represent an alternative to all well-known passwords. In practice, they allow users to log into their accounts with the same biometric data or PIN that they use to unlock their devices, or with a physical security key. This eliminates the need for users to use the traditional combination of username and password, which has been around for a long time and is still considered quite vulnerable.

Passwords “passkeys” are composed of two parts. One part remains on the application server or website, and the other part is stored on your device, which allows you to prove that you are the legal owner of the account. This makes it almost completely impossible for hackers to remotely access your account. This is what it is for. required physical accessibility to the user's device – even in the event of hacking into the server.

The new Firefox 122 brings a number of other options. Among them, we can find the possibility of identifying fake comments on the Amazon online store. We turn it on by typing "about:config" in the address bar (without quotes) and setting the value "browser.shopping.experience2023.enabled" to "true".

The new Firefox is still available for download at https://www.mozilla.org/sl/firefox/new/. Of course, this has already been translated into Slovenian. We are sure that you will be delighted with it. as satisfied.
